Weekend Goals


1. Try to finish as much of my unpacking as possible.  I have a majority of the boxes unloaded and all of the furniture is mostly in place.  I have a few more boxes to go, and then it's time to start hanging and decorating - my favorite part!  Pictures will definitely follow...

2. Take some time to relax.  Between working, unpacking, paperwork, yesterday's morning fiasco, and the fact that my disgruntled kitties have been exhibiting their displeasure on the floor, I am exhausted.  Seriously looking forward to sleeping in and chilling with friends.

3. Try some new recipes!  I just discovered a new blog with some pretty phenomenal ideas that I can't wait to try out (I'm thinking Saturday morning will start with a modified version of avocado toast).  She has some fantastic recipes for slow cooker meals like this, and I'm always looking for a tasty egg-free version of rice pudding.  Yum!
