Fresh Spring Rolls

Ever since I went to visit my good friend D in Boston a few years ago and we hit up this tiny little asian restaurant where we made our own spring rolls (which where a) healthy b) pretty easy to make and c) insanely delicious!), I've been determined to try to do this on my own.  I've actually had all of the ingredients to do so since before I moved out to Texas (I bought them at a huge asian food market in Kansas City when I was out there for C's wedding last September), but I just haven't gotten around to it.  Enter goal #1 for my weekend!  I still have most of the ingredients at home, except for the basil, which is crucial to the taste!  And I want to add some shrimp to mine for a little bit of protein so I'll need to pick up some of those too.  And maybe some avocado too?  Not sure on that one yet...  I can't wait to see how they turn out!
