I can't believe these haven't gotten more press on the fashion websites and blogs yet. They are new additions to Isabel Toledo's capsule collection for Payless and I am hopelessly in lust. I love the contrasting black stripe patterns and the shiny red kitten heel. The fact that they are actually offering a kitten heel as opposed to the typical flats and sky high models that the capsule collection usually offer is enough to send me over the moon. Needless to say, these have already been ordered....
